Custom Design Approval Policy: We love bringing your ideas to life! To ensure quality and appropriateness, all custom designs are subject to review and approval prior to production. Designs that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with our brand standards may be declined. To begin the approval process, please fill out the form below & email your design concept or artwork to customs@chozensolutions.com. Production will not begin until written approval has been granted, pricing has been agreed upon & payment has been received. Submitting a design does not guarantee approval, but we’ll always communicate clearly and respectfully throughout the process.
